What is this programme about?
Skim Rumah Selangorku offers qualified Selangor’s citizens affordable homes located in Selangor that cost between RM42,000 to RM250,000.
These are approximate prices of the different types of affordable homes. Check the list of projects for actual prices.

Type A RM42,000

Type B RM100,000
-
Type C Between RM180,000 to RM200,000
-
Type D Between RM200,000 to RM250,000
Conditions
Sale moratorium of 5 years from the date of Sale and Purchase Agreement
Sale of property must get the consent of State Authority
The property must be for own stay
Cannot rent out property
Registration is only valid for two years. If after two years applicant is still on the “waiting list”, the applicant need to reapply.
