What is this programme about?
This programme provides low-cost Council Homes and PPRs for purchase or rental. The programme aims to provide a roof for the vulnerable low-income group Malaysians households earning less than RM2,500 for purchase applicants and less than RM2,000 for rental applicants.
Priority is given to:

Squatters
-
A single mother with dependents
-
People with Disabilities (PWDs)
-
Applicants with a large number of dependents
-
Retired civil servants, army and police veterans
-
Flood and fire victims
-
Factory workers
Who can apply?
General Eligibility Criteria

Malaysian citizen
-
Resident in Malaysia residing in Selangor
Eligibility to purchase
-
18 years old and above
-
The applicant and spouse is a first-time house owner
-
Monthly household income less than RM2,500
Eligibility to rent PPR or low-cost Council Homes
-
18 years old and above
-
The applicant must be married or have dependents
-
The applicant and spouse do not own properties within the same district of the applied rental property
-
Monthly household income less than RM2,000
-
The applicant must be registered with Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS) or PBT

Assistance: Purchase and rental of low-cost council homes and PPRs in Selangor
Income Group: Monthly household income between RM3,00 to RM10,000
Target Group: Malaysians born or residing in Selangor
