What is this programme about?
The PR1MA Homes is a scheme to supply affordable housing units for middle-income Malaysians earning RM2,500 to RM10,000 per month. These affordable homes, located in selected prime urban locations cost between RM100,000 - RM400,000 with an average price point of RM250,000. In addition to providing the supply of affordable price homes, PR1MA through a panel of banks offers affordable end-financing to buyers.
PR1MA HOPE Home Assistance Programme is a scheme, which offers financial support and solutions for easy access to home ownership. PR1MA works with a panel of banks to provide high margin financing home loan packages to approved buyers and some loan packages also offer attractive interest rate.
Who can apply?

Resident in Malaysia

Aged 21 and above, single or married.

Income group - Individual or combined household income between RM2,500 and RM15,000

Owns no more than one property among both the individual and spouse

Self-employed with income statements

Bankrupt with guarantor
-
For the self-employed applicant with no income documentation or guarantor for bankrupt but are keen to own a PR1MA Home, can still apply. The consideration for approval will be subjected to PR1MA’s discretion.
