What is this programme about?
Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan (RUMAWIP) is a government housing scheme to provide affordable homes for the people working in the three federal territories of Putra Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and Labuan. The scheme aims to build a total of 80,000 units of affordable low and medium cost homes by the year 2020 in which 50,000 units will be developed in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 20,000 units in the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and 10,000 units in the Federal Territory of Labuan.
