What is this programme about?
SPNB Aspirasi offers a wide range of residential projects with prices ranging from as low as RM35,000 for low-cost properties to above RM400,000 for bungalows.
Buyer’s qualification to purchase the low-cost properties are subjected to the eligibility criteria set by the respective Setiausaha Kerajaan Incorporated (SUK) where the project is located. The other mixed residential and commercial property projects which are priced closer to market pricing are open for sale to all Malaysians unless stated in the sales materials.
